The present Terms of Use (TOU) are intended to govern access to and use of the websites and digital platforms operated by Ingeniu Inc., a Quebec-based Canadian company specializing in engineering services.

Relevant platforms:

  • workroads.com - Software
  • programmeessor.com - Information and support for the Essor program.
  • All subdomains and associated applications

These platforms form an ecosystem designed to provide:

  • Specialized engineering services (primarily for operational purposes) aimed at various industries.
  • Consulting services and technical audits
  • Software solutions (including WorkRoads)
  • Support for government programs (ESSOR Program, etc.)
  • Educational and informational content
  • Practical resources

Any use of our sites and platforms implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Distinction between Terms of Use and Service Contracts

The present Terms of Use exclusively govern the use of our web platforms (browsing, free content, online tools...). They are distinct and complementary to the specific service contracts concluded with Ingeniu Inc.:

  • Audit and consulting contracts (negotiated specific conditions)
  • Development contracts (dedicated specifications)
  • WorkRoads Licences (specific subscription conditions)
  • ESSOR Support Agreements (dedicated contractual terms)

In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and a signed service contract, the specific contractual terms take precedence for the service in question.

2. Access to services


Our sites and platforms are freely accessible to any user with an Internet connection, subject to any potential technical and geographical restrictions.

Unscheduled interruptions

  • Internet infrastructure issues
  • Cyber attacks suffered

No compensation may be claimed in the event of temporary unavailability.

Divisibility Clause

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
